Refund Policy

At TradeBridge, we want to ensure you make an informed decision. Because we offer a fully functional 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we do not offer refunds on any of our purchase plans.
The free trial allows you to test the copier, connection speeds, local environment performance, and risk management parameters on your own machine before committing to a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All subscription purchases (Monthly and Annual) and Lifetime one-time plans are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits will be issued.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription (Monthly or Annual) at any time through the customer billing portal provided by our payment processor, Paddle.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the software and licensing keys until your current paid period expires.
3. Support & Technical Assistance
If you encounter technical issues, connection problems, or licensing conflicts during your trial or active subscription, please contact us for priority support at: support@tradebridge.trade. Our technical support team is dedicated to assisting you in getting your setup running optimally.
