How does the 14-day free trial work?
Our trial is 100% free and does not require a credit card. Download the client software, then start the trial inside the TradeBridge desktop app. The app sends your email and machine ID to create one 14-day trial bound to that PC.
Can I run TradeBridge on multiple computers?
No. Each license is valid for 1 active PC at a time. However, you can deactivate your registered computer from the user dashboard at any time to transfer the license to a new machine.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Since we provide a fully functional 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we encourage you to fully evaluate the software, execution speeds, and safety features on your machine before purchasing.
How is tax/VAT calculated?
We process all payments securely through Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. They automatically calculate, collect, and report any required regional sales tax or EU VAT at checkout based on your billing address, keeping everything legally compliant.
