Terms of Service

Welcome to TradeBridge, a software product owned and operated by Datick d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Croatia. By accessing this website or using our trade copier software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service or use the software.

1. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to compliance with these Terms, TradeBridge grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run the software on up to 1 active personal computer under one active license key.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
• Share your license key with third parties or allow concurrent use on more than 1 machine.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass the licensing lock mechanisms or trial verification checks.

2. Merchant of Record (Payments)

Our order process is conducted and managed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle handles all billing, subscription renewals, tax collection (including regional sales taxes and VAT), and customer payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and billing policies.

3. Risk, Independence & Compliance Disclaimer

Financial Risk: Trading futures, options, forex, and cryptocurrency involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are fully responsible for all financial losses, account breaches, or rule violations incurred while using the software.

Third-Party Compatibility: TradeBridge is an independent software tool. We are not partnered with, endorsed by, or affiliated with NinjaTrader, Quantower, or any specific broker or prop firm. You are responsible for ensuring that copy trading complies with all rules and agreements of your platforms and brokers.

No Warranties & Limitation of Liability: The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. TradeBridge does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect execution synchronization. In no event shall TradeBridge be liable for any trading losses, system crashes, or other damages arising from the use of the software. 4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal provided by Paddle. Cancellation will stop future renewals. In accordance with our Refund Policy, all sales are final and no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for active or remaining billing periods.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our software and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
